Medical Team Review
Our specialists review your case and prepare recommendations
Your file is passed to the partner specialist whose field matches your condition, at one of our partner facilities such as As-Salam International Hospital, Dar Al Fouad Hospital, or Arab Contractors Medical Center. The specialist reviews your reports and images, and may come back with follow-up questions or a request for an additional scan or lab test before forming an opinion.
You communicate with our coordination team throughout this stage, and any questions from the specialist are relayed back to you in plain language, not medical jargon.

Receive detailed cost breakdown and treatment plan options
Once the specialist has confirmed what they recommend, we prepare a written cost estimate that breaks down the consultation, any proposed treatment plan, expected facility fees, and optional extras such as interpreter services or airport transfers. Where more than one partner hospital could handle your case, we lay out the plan options side by side so you can compare them.
This is also the point where we discuss medical visa assistance, since most embassies and consulates ask for a hospital invitation letter or treatment confirmation before issuing the visa.

Travel Preparation
We arrange travel, accommodation, and appointment scheduling
With your plan and estimate agreed, our team helps you gather the paperwork needed for a medical visa, including the invitation letter from the treating facility, and confirms your appointment dates with the hospital. We also arrange accommodation near the facility where your treatment will take place, so you are not commuting far during appointments or recovery.
On the day you arrive, we coordinate airport pickup so you have a direct transfer to your accommodation rather than navigating Cairo on your own after a long flight.

Treatment & Recovery
Receive treatment and recover with our comprehensive support
Your treatment takes place at the partner facility your case was assigned to, under the direct care of the treating team - our role during this stage is coordination and support, not clinical decision-making. If you do not speak Arabic or English fluently, an interpreter can accompany you to appointments, and we can arrange translation of any reports issued during your stay.
How long you need to stay before it is safe to travel depends on your specific treatment and how your recovery progresses, so the treating team sets that timeline, not us.

If your treating team confirms you are well enough for light activity, we can arrange optional recovery tours around your schedule, such as visiting the Pyramids and Sphinx, a Nile dinner cruise, or a museum visit, so waiting days do not have to be spent only resting in a hotel room. These outings are entirely optional and only offered once your medical team says it is appropriate.

Return Home
Final reports and follow-up coordination with your home doctor
Before you fly home, we make sure you have copies of your final medical reports, translated if needed, so your own doctor has a complete record of what was done in Egypt. We stay in contact after you leave and help arrange video follow-up consultations with the treating specialist when they are recommended, rather than leaving you to chase this on your own.
If your home doctor has questions about the treatment you received, we can help coordinate communication between them and the partner facility.

What to Prepare Before You Start
A few things ready in advance make the medical team review and cost estimate steps go faster
You do not need everything finalized before reaching out, but having the following ready when you send your first message speeds up how quickly a partner specialist can review your case:
- A passport valid for at least the length of your planned stay, since it is needed for both the medical visa application and hospital registration.
- Your existing medical reports and test results, in whatever language they were originally written - we arrange translation into Arabic or English for the reviewing specialists, so there is no need to translate anything yourself beforehand.
- A current list of medications and dosages you are taking, including any you have taken recently for the condition being evaluated.
- Imaging files or discs such as X-rays, MRI, or CT scans if you have had any taken, since these are often more useful to a specialist than a written summary alone.
- Details of any health insurance you hold, so we can let you know early on whether it is likely to apply to treatment coordinated through us.
