1. Our role

Hospitals Co Egypt is a medical tourism facilitator. We coordinate between you and independent hospitals, physicians, laboratories and service providers in Egypt. Medical treatment itself is provided by those licensed facilities and professionals, who are solely responsible for the medical care they deliver.

2. Not medical advice

Information on this website is provided for general information about our services and network. It is not medical advice, and it does not replace consultation with a qualified physician. Treatment recommendations communicated through us always originate from the medical teams reviewing your case.

3. Using our services

• You must provide accurate and complete information, including medical reports, so that cases can be evaluated properly.
• Cost estimates we provide are indicative and based on the information available at the time; final costs are confirmed by the treating facility.
• You are responsible for your own travel documents (passport, visa), and we assist with the medical visa application process.

4. Payments

Payments for medical treatment are made to the treating facilities under their terms. Any fees for our coordination services are communicated to you clearly before you commit.

5. Limitation of liability

We take care in selecting and coordinating with our partner network, but we are not liable for the outcomes of medical procedures performed by independent providers, or for delays and events outside our reasonable control (such as flight changes or visa processing times).

6. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal and medical information.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Egyptian courts.
